Check-ins vs your coaching menu
- $49 Pro + Check-in is not full coaching. Members get brief accountability check-ins (about twice a month). Real growth work is self-coaching in MAGGie (pathway, journal, Lifebook). Say this explicitly in every intake.
- Upsell on Cal.com. Publish your own tiered rates (e.g. 45 / 60 / 90 min, packages). Clients book and pay through Cal.com → Stripe at the price you set.
- Platform fee: for revenue facilitated through MAGGie (included check-ins and platform-introduced Cal.com clients), we retain 25% and pass 75% to you, paid monthly net-15 — see coach terms.
- Journal prep. Request (or send) a Share journal link so the client can attach recent entries to your check-in or Cal.com session notes.

Example: a $49/mo Check-in membership yields about $36.75 to the assigned coach (75%) for the included check-in allotment — intentionally light touch. Your Cal.com sessions bill at your rates on top. Details in the coach terms.
Certification & good standing
Recognized certification
A credential from a recognized body — for example ICF (ACC/PCC/MCC), EMCC, or an equivalent accredited coaching qualification. We verify your credential ID and good standing.
Scope & conduct
Coaching only — not therapy, medical, legal or financial advice. You agree to a professional code of conduct and to refer clients out when a need is outside coaching scope.
Book paid coaching on Cal.com
Publish tiered event types (length + price). Clients pay via Cal.com → Stripe. Memberships (Pro / Pro + Check-in) stay on Stripe Billing via the pricing page.
